just finished running 3.5 miles in 31 minutes!!

so about an average of 9:10 minutes per mile I think :)

and to think that two years ago I’m pretty sure my mile time was something like 15 minutes! now that’s definitely progress!!!!

planning out my workout and meals for tomorrow!

I had so so so so much fun at the beach these past few days but I ate way too much pasta and chinese food haha the struggles of a cheap college student I guess!

starting off tomorrow morning with a new banana oatmeal recipe I just found online and either a run or Insanity (or maybe both!!) :)

I cycled 18 miles this morning before Mother&#8217;s Day breakfast :)
I didn&#8217;t plan on biking for so long but it was so warm and sunny outside that I just kept going :)
